The Brief
Existing client ‘Cenzer’ was clear about taking forward the previous year’s exhibition booth theme through stimulating installations depicting the color wheel. Excitingly, the client had an addition to that brief — showcasing Food, alongside Fashion with the intention of entering the fast growing Food Industry, especially Hypermarkets.

CHALLENGES
Visitors to the previous year’s exhibit — stalwarts of the Indian Retail Store Design— were already wowed with NVISAGE’s installation. We had to exceed last year’s splendid performance and raise the bar.
Approach
We decided to retain the design code of light and color, a visual trademark of Cenzer, albeit, by “illuminating” food as well as fashion. A herculean task indeed. Research yielded nothing, while the budget limitation added yet another twist.

‘True color’ a colloquial term used for measuring the CRI (Color Rendering Index) in a light fixture was the central theme that would showcase a fashion line inspired by the form and color of food and it would sit alongside food that enjoyed being dressed up to the hilt.

The exteriors were consciously designed in looming white with winged colored peepholes, offering glimpses of the installations. The critical front entrance was an explosion of quilled art {one that was the most “instagrammed” spot in the entire exhibition.}

We at NVISAGE are happy to have won a client for life, well after the installations are brought down!
